Next Day - £5.99
Next day delivery orders placed by 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday. Exc bank holidays when items will leave the day after the bank holiday.

Europe - £12.50
Europe - all areas - not for large bears or multiple orders. Signature required. Delivery times vary and tracking available in some countries only.
Australia/ New Zealand - £14.00
Australia/ New Zealand - Royal Mail International Signed For Service - Up to 14 days. This is only trackable until it leaves the UK and then at the point of delivery.
USA/Canada - £14.00
USA/CANADA - Royal Mail Air Mail. Not for multiple bears or large bears - takes up to 14 days - not trackable
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive and email telling you who it is being delivered by and with your tracking No. All deliveries will need a signature. If you are not in when the agent calls you will be left a card. It is important that you contact the number on this card to rearrange delivery otherwise the bear will be returned to us after a week and you can imagine how he will feel about that!
If this happens we can send him out again but you will have to pay for his transport costs.
If the unthinkable happens and your bear does not arrive please let us know. Please do not wait for weeks until you tell us because we assume they are safe in their new homes if we don't hear from you.
Returns
We will refund the full price only if we have made a mistake on the personalisation, otherwise we will only refund the base price of the teddy bear minus the cost of the personalisation. It is not possible to refund personalised baby blankets.

Absolutely loved the bear and it arrived very quickly. Only downside was the packaging. As I was out when it was delivered the postie put it in my recycling box and it became very wet during storm Doris. Luckily the bear dried ok but a sealed plastic bag would have prevented this.
