Here are some answers to some questions that you might have about how we make our personalised teddy bears and how we work.
I haven’t had an email confirmation from Say it with Bears
Certain email addresses have very high spam filters and may block order confirmations from us.
Check your junk folder for our emails. Please get in contact if you haven’t received confirmations, we can resend them or talk you through the order.
UK delivery – Can I send to hospitals, PO Boxes, work etc?
We use Royal Mail to send most of our teddy bear deliveries, so you can post to any address with a postcode. We send many bears to hospitals for get well soon bears.
We recommend with hospitals to allow a little extra time for the hospital to process the parcel internally and we would always recommend supplying a ward or unit the person is in, as this will speed things up.
Can I send one of your teddy bears overseas?
We send hundreds of our teddy bears all over the world each year. Depending on location depends on how long it will take. Please see our delivery page for more information.
We can honestly say we have nearly sent teddy bears to every country in the world!
Will an invoice be in the box?
As most products bought on our site are gifts, we do not include any paperwork in relation to how much was paid for any product.
The only details included will be your gift message and birth certificate. If these are not filled in, as you may want the recipient to fill in the birth certificate we will include these as plain items.
If you require a VAT receipt this is not a problem, just email in with your order number and one of the team will send you a VAT receipt by return.
What is my teddy packed in?
As most of our teddy bears are gifts we try to giftwrap all bears which sit and behave for this process, some are a little tricky so we use tissue paper on some and some come in one of our teddy in a bag. We do use branded boxes so you can guess that there is a special teddy inside, however if you need it in a plain box all you have to do is ask!
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa Credit / Debit, MasterCard, Switch, Electron, Solo or Paypal when purchasing online.
If you are a business, hotel or school we do offer credit accounts but these are on an application basis.
Is your site safe to use credit cards?
Payments are processed on a secure server by Protx. Protx supplies payment solutions to thousands of businesses and handles a very large volume of transactions each day.
Your credit card details are never seen by anyone other than Barclays Plc who process all the payments. They are always sent securely and protected by a variety of security technologies.
Shopping with Say it with bears is as safe if not safer than shopping at your local shopping centre.
How do I shop?
To buy a bear or any other cuddly toy from Say it with bears, simply follow the following steps:
1. Click on view bear to see his details and decide if you want to give him a home.
2. If you like him fill in the details for the birth certificate and card.
3. Select any peronalisation options and fill in your message for these.
4. If you want to give a home to more bears then carry on shopping or if one is enough for you then proceed to checkout.
5. Fill in your details on the secure page.
6. Await your new arrival and please remember someone will need to be there to sign for it.
When will my personalised teddy bear be received?
This depends on the delivery method chosen, Next day ordered before 2pm will be there next day (Monday-Friday exc bank holidays) our standard delivery 2-3 days but normal you will receive the teddy within 48hours (UK only!) see other delivery options for lead times all orders will receive a dispatch email to let you know your teddy is on his way.

Can my teddy bear order be changed once I have completed the order?
We try to get your order going as soon as possible, so, should you need to change anything, email us immediately using the confirmation email that you were sent. Or call us free on 0800 043 2327.
If we haven’t started embroidering, changes can be made easily.
So please remember – Double check the details.
