Once your order has been dipatched you will receive and email telling you who it is being delivered by and with your tracking No. All deliveries will need a signature. If you are not in when the agent calls you will be left a card. It is important that you contact the number on this card to rearrange delivery otherwise the bear will be returned to us after a week and you can imagine how he will feel about that!
If this happens we can send him out again but you will have to pay for his transport costs.
If the unthinkable happens and your bear does not arrive please let us know. Please do not wait for weeks until you tell us because we assume they are safe in their new homes if we don't hear from you.
